Description
Thomas Brooks lived from 1600 – 1680. He wrote extensively and his writings are contained in six volumes. Charles Spurgeon said of him: “Brooks scatters stars with both hands, with an eagle eye of faith as well as the eagle eye of imagination.”
This third volume contains The Unsearchable Riches of Christ and A Cabinet of Jewels.
While the puritans are known for their verbose writing, their in-depth understanding of the Scriptures is priceless. Known as physicians of the soul, we can greatly benefit from their books.
